Specific Cancellation Policy

Up to 61 days before departure : 200$ charge per person
60 to 31 days before departure : 50% cancellation fee
30 days or less before departure : No refund

In all cases, an email must be sent to info@expresstours.ca to indicate your decision to cancel or transfer your package. You must include the order (invoice) number and the names of the participants affected by the cancellation or transfer. If you wish to transfer your reservation to another person, a 10% administrative fee will apply when we need to process a refund and a new registration. No fee will be charged if participants arrange this among themselves and no administrative intervention is required on our part. Express Tours reserves the right to cancel a trip if the minimum required number of participants is not reached. This number varies depending on the trip. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of amounts paid and will be notified by phone and/or email at least 30 days before the shceduled departure date.

I acknowledge that Express Tours recommends purchasing travel insurance before departure or, alternatively, verifying that my existing insurance coverage is adequate. I have reviewed the insurance options available directly through the Manulife website by clicking this link.

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my insurance coverage adequately protects me against travel-related risks, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, and emergency medical expenses.

I further acknowledge that all insurance products are subject to the terms and conditions of Manulife. Express Tours is not responsible for eligibility, coverage selections, policy exclusions, or the outcome of any insurance claim, all of which are determined solely by Manulife.
